These Terms govern your use of Lipslate’s mobile apps, sites, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services.
• Keep your account credentials secure and accurate.

Subscriptions & payments

• All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices may change; taxes may apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the App Store / Google Play settings.
• Restore Purchases: if you’ve reinstalled or switched devices, use the in-app “Restore Purchases” to re-sync your App Store/Play entitlements.
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.

Your content & license to us

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, host, and transform your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You must have rights to the content you submit.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive activity.
• No attempts to bypass security, copy our code/models, or overload our systems.
• No violations of others’ privacy, publicity, or IP rights.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, models, designs, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, app stores). Their terms may apply.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risks, legal requests, or discontinuation. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.

Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside.

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated version.
